Mods, please clean this post and/or thread up and place it in the FAQ, thanks.

A/C Bypass Pulley

made by Motormite

part number is 34153.

its carried by at least autozone and advance auto ( both confirmed ). its usually in stock or available for order with next day delivery to the store. the bracket fits using the stock belt. it bolts on using the outter 2 bolts furthest from the engine. the bracket is aluminum and the pulley is plastic. im using it on my car now and it seems ok. you should be able to reuse the bolts the A/C compressor is attached with. if you dont have the bolts, then you can yank one of the bolts that the main bracket is held on with and take it to the local ace hardware and get a shorter version of them since the threads are the same.

theres a long extension on the backside that could probably be cut off. the reason its there is that this bracket fits more than Quad4 engines. here is the cross reference: http://www.dormanproducts.com/documents4rb/2400007acbypasssellsheet.pdf

price is right around $34 with tax. price will vary slightly depending on area.
