2001 2.4 bearings

hey all , hope someone can shed some light .
Problem 1 is my number one rod bearing , yes it spun .
what would a good brand bearing be , I've been goggling for a couple days and browsing the forums with out finding a result .

is one different then the other ? do any of you have a favorite shop you use ?

mechanic buddy said to do it all since it's open.
can you confirm 12 point socket to remove ?

Yep, that will work. I would also recommend replacing all and having the crank turned.

Hmmm I was told that I couldnt take the crank out with out pulling the motor ?

called around today , no one in calgary has bearings ,
shaw gmc can order them in for $74 a bearing .
so next where is the best place states side to order them ?
or even out east ?

Really no one in calgary has bearings???? if you need standard size let me know I can get em in clevites for 250? the set (yes US friends they are stupid expensive here) or cheapies if you can wait a few weeks from DNJ/enginetech

Nope sorry let me rephrase I can get standard clevites tomorrow for 150
